RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION / ANNIVERSARY FEE and Payment Policy

Gymnastics World of Georgia, LLC. uses a no contract, pay by the month registration system. Your child automatically remains registered for his/her class until the end of the session. There is no need to re-register each billing cycle. Payments for classes are due in full upon registration. If you register once a class has already started, you will pay the prorated cost for that month. On the 20th day of each month the next months tuition will be placed onto your account and you will receive an e-mailed statement which will serve as a reminder that tuition payment is due. If your payment has not been received by the 24th, automatic processing of the card on file will be done on the 25th for the upcoming month. If the card is declined, you will have until the 1st of the month to make the payment or your child's spot in class may be forfeited. A late fee of $25 will be applied to all accounts not paid by the 1st. Payment for the next month tuition is due on the 25th of each month. Everyone is required to enroll in automatic billing (if you cannot fulfill this requirement, please come see us for alternative methods). Each family has the opportunity to pay by the 24th of the current month with another form of payment. Recreational class tuition is budgeted based on the weeks that make up the School Year Rec Session which allows for all Holiday and school breaks. Competitive Team tuition is budgeted based on June to May Team Session. We do not charge more for "long" months, nor less for "short" months. Additional charges may differ between the Recreational and Competitive Team programs. Advanced notice will be given for any other closing in the event of bad weather. All students of Gymnastics World of Georgia, LLC. are required to pay a yearly registration fee of $38.00 due with your first registration and paid yearly on the anniversary month of enrollment. A registration fee is Not required for Day Camps, Parent Night Out, or Special Clinics

MAKEUP POLICY / REFUNDS / HOLIDAYS / INCLEMENT WEATHER
Consistency is the key to progress in gymnastics (and life). We encourage all students to attend their regularly scheduled class. In the event of illness or an emergency, we allow one make-up class within the same month. These make-up classes are offered on select Saturday’s each month, subject to availability. Make ups must be pre-arranged with the front office staff. The gym is closed for standard holidays and bad weather days when travel is hazardous. If for any reason you are unhappy with our program, we offer a tuition refund for withdrawal within the first two weeks for the remainder of the prepaid month. No refunds for classes missed, scheduled holidays or bad weather days.
