This helps us maintain a secure environment while allowing everyone to focus on having fun. Why do we need a waiver?
Waivers are essential for protecting both our guests and our facility. They outline the risks associated with gymnastics activities and confirm that participants understand and accept these risks.Who needs to sign the waiver?
All participants, including children and adults, must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian if they are under 18 years old.How do I submit the waiver?
Waivers can be completed online through our website or submitted in person on the day of the party. We recommend completing it in advance to save time.What if I forget to bring the waiver?
If you forget to bring a completed waiver, we will have forms available at the facility for you to fill out before the party begins.Can I change my waiver after submission?

Camp Pickup Authorization
Children attending summer camps at Gymnastics World of Georgia & Gainesville Gymnastics can only be released to his or her legal parent or guardian. If you need to make arrangements for someone else to pick up your child(ren), please fill out the following form. It can be turned in via email or brought in when your camper is dropped off. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
